Author Consultations

Status of the publisher Media Publisher shall exercise its rights and obligations on the basis of this Act, the Federal Law “On the Procedure for lighting of public authorities in the state media”, the law on publishing, enterprise and entrepreneurship. The publisher can act as a founder media, editorial, distributor, owner of the property editors.
